A gentle place to return to yourself.
You’ve been fine all week. Fine is not the same as rested. Come in, take a mat, and we’ll start from wherever your body is today.
It usually starts on a Thursday.
Your shoulders have been near your ears since Monday. You’ve answered everything, held everything together, and you can’t remember the last time you sat still without a screen in your hand.
Then you walk into a small room. Someone says your name, hands you a blanket, and asks how your back has been. For the next hour, nobody needs anything from you.
That hour is where most people start. Some join for a few days away instead. Some want a quiet room in private. All three door are open to you.
Our Approach
How we practise.
Inclusive Exploration
Yoga is for every body: every age, every background, every level of flexibility. You do not need to look a certain way to begin.
A Safe Space for Self
This is a non-judgemental space. You are invited to notice, to feel, and to move at your own pace, without pressure, without performance.
Modern Mindfulness
Modern psychology and nervous system science, held with the warmth of a gentle, secular practice. Because how we move is inseparable from how we feel.
What We Offer
A practice that moves with you.
Group Classes
A quiet hour with your name on it. Come as you are, in whatever you can move in. Your first class is $14.
Private Sessions
Just you, me, or your love ones and whatever your body has been carrying. We go slowly, and you never have to explain yourself twice.
Retreats
A few days where nothing pings, to step back, go inward, and return to yourself. Bintan this December, and more ahead in 2027.
Corporate Wellness
An hour where nobody needs your team to be on. We come to your office and give them somewhere to put it all down.

“I felt safe and held by Tien in her beautiful and cozy space. The feeling of being at Yoganic is NOT just like attending any other yoga classes in the market. You really feel like you’re part of a community, part of a space of deep rest and contemplation.”

“This is my first time going into yoga and I was very nervous about not being able to follow the classes. Tien is extremely patient each lesson… Today’s lesson especially helped me a lot with the stress and anxiety I’ve been feeling the past few days.”

★★★★★
“The yoga is always relaxing for our busy minds, a much slower pace compared to many other places, while still able to stretch and strengthen. Tien also keeps a close lookout on each individual and will cater to our differing physical needs.”

Come when you’re ready.
Or before you’re ready, that’s fine too.
New to this? Start with a class. $14, no experience needed. Something specific going on in your body? Let’s talk about private sessions. Need to properly put things down? Come away with us in November or December.
